Surrounded by some of the most spectacular scenery in Europe my craft shop which I established in
2000 can be found nestled in the tiny crofting hamlet of Drumbeg located halfway along a breathtaking 23 mile single track coastal road (B869) on the north west coast of the Scottish Highlands, 90 miles from Inverness, just 1 hour north of the lovely picturesque village of Ullapool and a short 14 mile scenic drive from the fishing habour of Lochinver.
Luxurious handmade candles, soaps and toiletries make up the majority of items on sale in my little
shop along with exquisite handmade stoneware candle stands and soap dishes, designed by me and produced by Scottish based potter Marianne Finlayson. There are also lots of other gift ideas to temp you, exquisite hand-painted glassware, traditional Celtic gifts, silver and gemstone jewellery,
handmade pottery, even magic wands !!

My candles are poured and made entirely by hand right here at Drumbeg Craft Shop, made from natural
GM free vegetable wax from sustainable sources they are available from two different collections
' The Aromatherapy Collection ' these contain pure aromatherapy-grade essential oils, I blend the
recipes myself and each candle contains a generous amount of these fabulous pure oils, there are several ' moods ' to choose from. If you want to relax or be energised there's one to suit you.
' The Highland Collection ' are fragrance candles containing the very best fragrant oils, again there are
several to choose from in this collection from Scottish Heather & Woodland Glen to Misty Mountain.
In conjunction with the Natural Soap Company I currently have a wonderful selection of beautiful
handmade soaps, made in small batches using a cold process soap making technique. Containing fantastic natural ingredients such as powdered flowers and herbs, essential oils, oatmeal and honey The end result being a luxurious creamy soap which, because of the presence of glycerin, wont dry your skin like a typical mass-produced soap. Our range also includes lovely chemical free Foam Bath, Shower Gel, Bath Oil, Body Lotion, Shampoo and Conditioner, and not forgetting our fantastic Dead Sea Bath Salts, Scottish Heather sprinkled with real heather flowers are a very popular choice. |

very small village you cant go wrong. Parking is at the viewpoint or roadside then it's a short walk through a small gate and down the track. |
